How we use your data

The Council will only use your email address for the purposes of contacting you to answer any comments or queries that you have and/or notifying you about news posts and/or notifying you about Masterplan consultations.  Your contact details will not be shared with anyone else. If you email us to ask us a query or make a comment about the City Centre Masterplan, we’ll keep your email, our reply and any of your data within it, for one year. This is so we can refer back to it if you have another question. We don’t share any of your data with anyone else, and we don’t use it for any other purpose then to answer your query. If you respond to one of our consultations, we keep your response, and any of your data within it, for a year, from the date the consultation is closed. We don’t share any of your data with anyone else, and we don’t use it for any other purpose than the consultation you’ve responded to.

If you choose to subscribe to receive notifications about the City Centre Masterplan consultations, we’ll add your email address to our mailing list. Every update you receive from us will give you the option to unsubscribe, if you decide you don’t want to receive these updates anymore. If you choose to unsubscribe, we will delete your address from our mailing list. You can also email us at at any time to let us know if you decide you no longer want to be on our mailing list or receive Masterplan notifications.

We’ll delete the whole mailing list when City Centre Masterplan programme is closed.
